Information we collect
Lashes and Brows by Diana and its booking-service provider, Janse Bookings, a Janse Elite product, collect information you provide when requesting or managing an appointment, including your name, email address, mobile number, requested service, appointment details, payment status, and notes you choose to provide.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the storefront, schedule and manage appointments, process authorized payments, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain required business records, and send communications you request or separately consent to receive.
Mobile information and messaging consent
Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers strictly as needed to deliver the requested booking and messaging services or as required by law.
Text messages
If you separately opt in, message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not prevent you from booking or receiving necessary non-SMS communications.
Social content and artificial-intelligence features
Store owners may use Janse Elite Business to prepare social-media content and, if they choose, generate draft copy or images through an artificial-intelligence provider. These features process only the instructions and assets the owner chooses to submit. Customer booking details, SMS consent, and payment information are not submitted to generate social content. The owner reviews and approves content before any publishing action.
Owner and customer help
The owner Help assistant may send an owner’s question to an artificial-intelligence provider when no prepared answer applies. Owners must not include customer data, payment information, passwords, or credentials. Janse Elite records only operational metadata such as the category and response source—not the question or answer. Customer booking help uses prepared answers within the storefront and does not send a conversation or personal information to an artificial-intelligence provider.
Security and retention
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for service, security, legal, accounting, and compliance purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP.
