Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Late arrivals
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.
No-shows
Missed appointments without notice forfeit the deposit and may require payment in full before a future booking.

Please arrive with a clean face and no eye makeup. Avoid caffeine when possible and remove contact lenses before lash services.

How long do lash extensions last?+
With proper care and fills every 2–3 weeks, lash extensions can be maintained indefinitely.
Will extensions damage my natural lashes?+
No. When properly applied and cared for, they should not damage healthy natural lashes.
How long do appointments take?+
Full sets take approximately 1.5–2 hours, fills about 1 hour, lash lifts about 45 minutes, and brow lamination 45–60 minutes.
Can I wear makeup?+
Yes, but avoid oil-based products around lashes and brows.
