Program description

The Lashes and Brows by Diana messaging program provides consent-based appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, payment or appointment-management links, customer-care replies, and optional rebooking communications.

Opt-in

Text-message consent is optional and is requested separately during booking or another clearly disclosed enrollment process. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to your appointments and interactions. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-out and help

• Reply STOP to cancel text messages.
• Reply HELP for help or contact Lashes and Brows by Diana at (863) 513-7371.

After an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation. No further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, coverage, and other systems outside the storefront's control.

Privacy

Use of personal information is governed by the Lashes and Brows by Diana Privacy Policy. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
